  • Directions

    • Measure 170-190mL of fluid*.
    • While stirring fluid, add instant THICK as per Dosage Guide. Stir until dissolved.
    • Allow to stand for 2–5 minutes. Re-stir until desired consistency is reached before serving.

    IDDSI 1 Slightly Thick 1 x Level 1 Scoop

    ^Use a flat straight edge to level the powder

    *For hot drinks we recommend 170mL of fluid. For consumer safety and comfort, temperature must not exceed 60°C when served.

    Storage
    Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once prepared, food and drinks should be handled and stored according to your Food Safety Protocols. We recommend the use of the ‘2-hour/4-hour rule’ for serving vulnerable persons. Refrigerate food and drinks at 4°C or less between serving, and discard any leftover product after 24 hours.
