Depending on the size of your order & its destination; you may be able to choose different delivery options. We work with many different freight services as well as our own dedicated delivery, installation & product specialist team.

On the day you place your order, a confirmation email with a tracking number link will be sent to you. This link will give you real-time tracking of your order. IMG is committed to getting your order packed & shipped to your door promptly.

You don’t need to have an account to place an order with IMG. However, having an account can save you time during checkout as it securely saves your address and payment details for future online purchases.

The full order value must be paid at checkout unless your invoice is to be allocated to a funding partner or a wholesale account has been approved. Orders will be processed once full payment has been confirmed for processing by your funding partner. Other payment methods include Visa and Mastercard payments.

Local delivery, setup and demonstration is available to Townsville clients regardless of size or quantity.

In-store collection is available. An IMG customer service team member will contact you once your item has been picked and is ready for collection form the IMG showroom.
