CARE

• Hand wash in warm water.
• Use mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.

• Hang to air-dry in a well ventilated area.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Most hernias are one-sided so you will need to remove the pad on the side not used.
• (Some doctors recommend keeping both pads in place so that even pressure is applied to both sides. Consult your doctor for more information.)
• Lie down on a bed.
• Gently massage the swelling until it retracts back inside the abdominal wall.
• Place pressure pad over the affected area.
• Do not remove this pad from its pockets.
• Secure the waist strap so the fit is firm.
• Secure the leg straps and stand up.
• Now do final adjustments for maximum comfort.
• Make sure the pad(s) stay over the affected area. (We advise to wear belt over an undergarment if possible).
• If you experience brace slippage during 'vigorous' excercise, consider a smaller size or use some tape over the top of the support to lock it in place.
• This should not be necessary under normal use conditions.
• Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict circulation.
• Always ensure to choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing and if unsure always consult a physician.
• You should feel firm compression and protection.
• Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
