Use & Care
Wash with warm soapy water prior to first use
Fully fold out arm and secure on cutting surface
To remove interchangeable plate push plate up from back
To install a different plate, insert from top and push down into place
Place vegetable or fruit on holder/guard for safety
Slide vegetable/fruit back and forth across blade
