DO NOT use as a cutting board. Knives and sharp utensils may damage the surface and diminish the quality and durability of the defrosting plate and tray. To clean, separate the defrosting plate from the tray by unscrewing each corner from the back. • Hand wash with warm water and washing-up liquid • Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers • Wipe dry with a soft cloth
