    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Open all hook and loop closures. Lay brace flat on a table, blue side up and insert thumb into thumb hole. Splint should be running along the underside of your wrist.   Hold brace firmly with fingers and wrap around base of wrist. Close the thinner strap between thumb and finger. Apply firmly, yet with comfort.
Open and re-apply for comfort and tension.
Anchor thumb in hole. You should feel firm support, compression and protection.

Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis. Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict. Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing. If unsure consult a physician.
