Terms and Conditions
The Health Professional agrees to either collect and return the equipment from IMG or request IMG to arrange delivery and/or collection of the equipment.

A delivery and collection fee may apply depending on client location and/or size of the equipment required for trial.

The Health Professional will hold all responsibility and liability for the demonstration and trialling of the equipment.

IMG shall not be liable for any claims made in respect to bodily injury or property damage caused by using the equipment.
a. The Health Professional shall perform a risk assessment and request IMG's assistance to ensure the patient's safety during the trial.
b. If the Health Professional does not request assistance from IMG prior to the trial, IMG shall not be liable for any claims made in respect to bodily injury or property damage caused by using the equipment.

The equipment remains the property of IMG

If any defect, malfunction, or any factor threatening damage to the equipment is identified, it is the Health Professional’s responsibility to notify IMG immediately.

The Health Professional shall exercise reasonable care of the equipment, maintaining it in its original (new) condition.

The equipment is to be used for a dry trial only (e.g., showering equipment is to be used without the application of water).

The equipment is not to be trialled with a person with an infectious condition.

The equipment trialled with an incontinent person must use the appropriate protection so as to avoid soiling or damage to the trial equipment.

No modifications or alterations are to be made to the equipment whilst on trial.

If any of the above conditions are breached, the Health Professional will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair.
